The Celina Insurance Group appointment process is simple and personal. All agent applications are reviewed and approved by President and CEO Bill Montgomery.

To all newly appointed agents, we offer a formal orientation training and development program that includes home office underwriter visits to the agency and Web-based technology training. Our agents-only site is recognized by IBM's Lotus Software Division as "a key component to making service a differentiator" whereby "Celina is differentiating itself through provision of superior customer service to its 500 independent agencies and their clients, thereby making it the carrier of choice for its agents."

Since 1914, Celina has sold insurance policies only through the independent agent. We are commited to a single distribution strategy and to our individual agents, not the agent system.
